Oh you don't NEED a second stylus.. in FACT I tried using one and it only detects one of them at a time. In reality, you just have to have scary skills to beat the game in general. It's a very cruel game to someone who gives up easily, or does not know what the hell suturing is and therefore can't understand the nurse.
Gangliated
Utrophin
Immuno
Latency
Toxin
Yes I STILL remember the acronym for the alien disease shit.

BUT:
What if you COULD use two styluses?
Doctor! Hes losing too much blood! The paraskevi are dancing on his heart and the Savato is eating his heart!
*Stiles parts hair*
*Busts out two scalpels in slow motion drawing them like daggers*
*Cue dramatic music*
I could do it man if I can do extreme I can use 3 scalpels lmao
When it comes to extreme, it doesn't matter how well u know the procedure. If you can't do it right 100% of the time, you'll never win. And shit I played as the girl no slowing down time for me!

Definitely.
Less facial hair in a perfectly sterilized world with lasers and medical procedures you'll need to memorize or else you're fucked lmao
Well……Rambo on the DS, on the Wii you're just William Shatner.

Bro there were some times time shit didn't help me man. Sometimes on extreme there were TOO MANY injuries (like right out on the first one, the kariaki) and slowing down time to pump up my patients did jack crap.
Every time I took out some of the guilt I had to fully beef up my patient, cause the best doctors are the paranoid doctors.
And if I COULD use 2 styluses I'd be unstoppable as soon as I got enough coordination to get both of em to do different things.

The Wii was a real downer, because not only was the storyline exactly the same, but it was because No Fail mode from Rockband yah?
I'd been playing on the DS my whole medical career beforehand, and with the Wii release I only think of Devil May cry where an easy mode was released. Hell the Hard Mode on the Wii was still a breeze compared to the DS.
If you wanted challenge you can't have played the DS version lmao; because if you had played and beaten the DS one, it was basically sending Rambo into a camp full of Vietnamese children without rocks and sticks as weapons.
I cried. With the hair on my chest from the DS I cut down GUILT like ripe wheat :/

Inded the wii version was child's play. You know who never did the Xtreme stages on the DS? NEITHER OF US. I don't even think we could do the first one, you lost within seconds. It just… raped you… and laughed at your failure. No amount of skill or memorization could get you through those stages. I'm still under the belief that they were made to be undoable.
Xtreme on the Wii? LOLOLOLOL
We almost considered making our scores higher for the FUN OF IT. We decided to leave our grade As, Bs, (and an S on one of our sides, not sure which; I think it was Matt's) as a testament to our humility.
