What game do you guys think is gonna take home the gold medal for Game of the Year.
I think Call of Duty MW2 will, but its contenders should be Batman, Assassins Creed 2, Borderlands, Uncharted 2, help me out i cant think of any more as i type this.

Not entirely sure, seeing as how I don't keep tabs on most release dates much after I get the games. But honestly, I'm sure whatever I'd end up saying as my preference would be WAY far off. I tend to enjoy different games than everyone else.

I enjoyed Borderlands but I don't see it taking Game of the Year. My money's on Modern Warfare 2 though; a game that polished has got it in the bag. The other games named are definitely solid games, however.

COD: MW2 hands down. I don['t even have the game (yet) and I know it's awesome from all the reviews of my friends and seeing some gameplay at friends' houses. Surprised I'm not mentioning the halo game? ODST was alright, but not as hooking as a game as Halo 3 was. Campaign is done, I haven't played for months.

ODST was a reskin of Halo 3 with a handful of small features taken away. I'm moderately interested in Reach though, since I really enjoyed the book it was based on. Also, being in a squad and fighting Elites again sounds pretty cool. I'll see how it goes.

Im gonna be another vote for MW2 but maybe its my bias for the game that shows… even though I liked the original for the multiplayer and I just DONT like it in this one.

IGN gave game of the year to Assassin's Creed 2, which is above average at best. That bothered the hell out of me.

Well I wouldve picked AC2 as my second but its all in your opinion honestly. I can think of reasons why neither would be good enough but /shrug in the end you gotta pick one.

I sure do wish stuff I really liked got more recognition. I always seem to pick the losing thing that way. Lol.
